These commercial terms apply to all purchases made through the minthar.net online store, including digital products (Minthar Standards), advisory services, and platform subscriptions. These terms should be read in conjunction with the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Minthar Standards digital products are intellectual property assets licensed for the purchaser's internal use only. Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for a single organization. Redistribution, resale, or sharing outside the licensed organization is prohibited without prior written consent.
All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT at 15%) unless otherwise stated. Our primary operating mode is online payment through a secure hosted checkout page. During temporary maintenance or outages, orders may be accepted as unpaid and followed up manually by our team with payment instructions.
Upon placing an order through the store, the buyer receives an order reference (MHS-YYYY-XXXX). In online mode, the buyer is redirected immediately to a secure payment page to complete payment. In maintenance/outage mode, the order remains unpaid and our team follows up in approximately two hours with payment instructions. Digital products are delivered electronically after payment confirmation.
Advisory service engagements are subject to a separate service agreement negotiated and signed prior to commencement of work. Pricing and scopes displayed on the website are indicative and subject to adjustment based on actual project requirements. Submitting an inquiry does not create an obligation on either party.
Digital products: after electronic delivery, refunds are not available due to the nature of the product. If a product is corrupted or unusable, contact us within 7 days for a replacement. Advisory services: cancellation and refund terms are governed by the separate service agreement.
Digital products are provided "as is" for informational and reference purposes. Minthar does not warrant the suitability of any product for a specific regulatory or legal purpose in the buyer's context. Buyers must adapt products to their own requirements and obtain independent professional advice where needed.
Product bundles may be offered at discounted prices. Discounts are calculated based on retail pricing at the time of purchase and cannot be combined with other offers. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue bundle offers at any time.
