Training & COOP

Join the Minthar Training Program

Real projects. Real systems. Real growth.

We host selected trainees and COOP students across product, AI, cybersecurity, design, legal-tech, and operations. Our model is remote-first, structured, and built around real execution—not observation.

University COOP, internships, and remote participation

Some trainees join under official university COOP arrangements; others join through internships or structured training paths. Remote participation is often possible. If your university mandates in-office hours or on-site supervision, disclose this clearly in your application so we can assess fit early.

Why train here

Applied learning in a real workplace

Real project exposure

Contribute to live products, internal systems, and client-facing work—not mock tasks.

Structured supervision

Clear expectations, documented workflows, and regular guidance from people who ship.

Remote-first flexibility

Work within a distributed, disciplined operating rhythm designed for focus and accountability.

Portfolio-worthy output

Build artifacts you can reference in interviews—when confidentiality allows.

Cross-functional learning

See how engineering, product, security, and operations connect in one organization.

High-trust culture

We expect ownership, communication, and integrity. In return, you get clarity and respect for your time.

How it works

From application to project-based training

Apply

Submit the training form with your track, availability, and university requirements.

02

Screening & fit

We review alignment with our tracks, capacity, and supervision model.

03

Onboarding

Access, tooling, expectations, and safety/compliance basics—structured from day one.

04

Project-based training

Guided tasks that escalate toward ownership, documentation, and measurable output.

05

Review & next steps

Feedback, possible continuation, and—where applicable—documentation of participation. Outcomes vary by cohort.
