These terms govern your use of the "Phishing Craft Lab" feature available on the Minthar blog (minthar.net). By using this feature, you agree to be bound by these terms.
This tool is designed exclusively for cybersecurity awareness. It allows you to build an educational phishing simulation and send it to someone you know to test their security awareness. Each simulation message contains only one link leading to an educational page on minthar.net — there is no harmful content or attempt to collect real data.
By sending a phishing simulation, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) The recipient is someone you know personally, not a stranger. (b) You will not use real organization names in the fake sender identity. (c) You bear full responsibility for any misuse. (d) You will not use this tool for harassment, annoyance, or any non-educational purpose.
Your email: Used to verify your identity via OTP code. Not stored after session ends. Recipient email: Used exclusively to send the single simulation message. Not stored in any database or marketing system. Deleted from server memory immediately after sending. Delivery logs: Resend (our email provider) retains delivery logs per their retention policy.
To protect all parties and prevent abuse: Each sender can send a maximum of 3 simulations per 30 days. Each recipient can receive only 1 simulation per 90 days. Total daily limit: 100 simulations for all users.
Minthar reserves the right to: Block any user who misuses the tool. Suspend or discontinue the feature at any time. Modify these terms with prior notice.
If you received a simulation message you did not expect, or if you believe someone is misusing this tool, please contact us at: security@minthar.net
This tool is purely educational. Minthar assumes no liability for any misunderstanding or misuse by the sender or recipient. The simulation does not represent a real phishing attack and contains no harmful content.
